Get ready for a fun 3-course meal showdown where contestants* test their speed and cooking knowledge with three mystery ingredient baskets per course and compete against Chef Richard Saldivar in three rounds.
The first round features an appetizer where three participants and the Chef will have 20 minutes to cook and present their respective dishes. Round two is the entrÃ©e round where two participants will have 30 minutes. The final round is dessert and one participant will face off with the Chef. Tickets are $20 per person.
*Contest participation only open to Culinary Society members. The public is invited and will be able to enjoy a hors dâ€™oeuvres buffet. Competition dishes are reserved for the tasting panel.
