Capturing Arizona's Stories at the Public Library

Thursday, September 24, 2009

Capture your story at Prescott Public Library! October 2 through 24, create a digital recording and take home a CD courtesy of the Capturing Arizona's Stories program. History begins with people's stories, and you can create a bit of history through this free program.

The two-person interview format will encourage a lively, spontaneous conversation. One-hour sessions are available by appointment call 777-1526, or stop by the Ask A Librarian desk on the Main Level of the Downtown Library.

On your chosen day, check in at the desk, pick up your interview tip sheet, settle into a library study room with your interview partner, and take home your story on CD.

Capturing Arizona's Stories is generously funded by a Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Sciences and administered by the Arizona State Library, Archives, and Public Records.
