Granite Creek Park Closure

(PRESCOTT, AZ) May 17, 2010 — The City of Prescott's Parks & Recreation Department is closing Granite Creek Park on May 19th for its final clean-up effort following January's extensive storm related damage. "This will be the culmination of months of work," said Parks Administration Superintendent, Tim Legler. "Our goal is to get Granite Creek Park in the best possible condition for the public by removing the remaining dead trees and debris."
Legler added that the park will be re-open at 7 a.m on Wednesday, May 22nd.
