Many feel as though Senior Olympics provide them with a true sense of accomplishment, whether they finish 1st or last. They enjoy the social interactions involved. They welcome the friendly competition. Today's seniors understand the importance of living a healthy and active lifestyle. Joining the Senior Olympic games is an excellent way to either begin, maintain, or enhance one's physical and mental well being.
